My buddy Jake has a shop (link above) in Windsor. He is a damn good mechanic. He has taken care of everything from window motors to engine and tranny rebuilds for friends of mine since he opened up his own shop earlier this year. Has built 2 diffs for me that I have had no issues with

However, he does not yet have a tire balancer or alignment rack, so does anyone have recommendations for a shop that does in Windsor/Greeley?

Good morning! Is anyone running 255/80/17 or similar pizzacutters tires? Haven't seen them in person so would like to see them before pulling the trigger

Planning on installing a set of Bilstein's at my buddies house in Fort Collins in 3 weeks. Where's a good place to take it for an alignment afterwards? I know the good places down here in Denver.

Also if anybody has the tool and is motivated I would love some help swapping out the ecgs bearing while I've got it all apart. I can pay I just hate to reassemble everything to drive it to a shop to get done.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
Hey gang, my dog sitter bailed. Before I find some random on rover. Anyone wanna watch a well behaved aussie for 7 days over Thanksgiving? How about 25.00 a day? I'll drop him off pick him up.

We have had a few friends become unavailable to watch our dog due to kids or new cat or whatnot. Looked into rover and prices are way higher than $25 a day, more like $70 for overnights. I’ve been making an effort to get to know our neighbors better and one of them is going to watch the dog for 2.5 weeks for us.

We take the pugs with us or pay for boarding. We have also had co workers check in or pick up/drop them off to save a day on either end.

Wife wants to cut down our tree this weekend. Going to head up around the red feather area... A bit west probably after talking to a ranger about the best area to check.

If anyone wants to tag along we might encounter some fun snow bashing Sunday. Post up and we con figure out a place and time to meet. If you want a tree permits are available online

@jubei or anyone else have any feedback on Zach's transmission in Longmont? Trying to find somewhere trustworthy to replace my friend's Subaru transmission and they offer a pretty solid 50k mi warranty if I understand correctly

    Stuff. Also things.
    I don’t. Thankfully, I haven’t needed a shop like that (yet).

Not having read the limitations of that warranty, I’d say at first blush it does sound pretty decent. I mean, that’s halfway to the next head gasket job, at least!

    It's a 2010 so it'll probably be a lifetime transmission
