Afternoon all:

It's in the news Tom, they are being stolen. First it started with dropping glue traps in them and pulling out mail, now they are just stealing the whole darn mailbox. Seems like they are looking mainly for checks that they can somehow modify to fraudulently get money.

Another yearly project out of the way, just got the "66" inspected, a little over 200 mi. on it since last inspection and it seems like I just had it inspected. It must be my imagination, but these years really seem to be going fast anymore!

Good Morning Porch Pals & Gal! Mowing done, pool time enjoyed. Time to get the Tacoma inspected, shopping, and maybe get to the garage door opener. Finally heard back from Chamberlain (garage door opener).... all my problem with the app that they blamed on everything but themselves... "Please force an udpate on the app, as they have fixed something related to your problem".
OK, well, then....

LOL, me too Sue! Can't tell an old guy something is "included with your product", then not have it work. Everything about the opener works, and I don't even care about the app, but....

Just got a notice with my internet bill that they are raising rates by $4.00 a month, who would have thunk!!
Also included is a reminder about the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) where a credit of up to $30 a month is available for eligible households, I wasn't eligible!!!
You can read between the lines on my thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Tom. Last May got a 2007 SR5. Basic truck, but I love it. Just got AVS Ventvisors. Planning for retirement, I traded in a newer SUV in for it. When I retire I don't want to be paying taxes, insurance etc. on two vehicles like I have been, but need a truck for firewood and I just prefer driving it over an SUV. The plan is to sell Silverado, but while I'm working full time will keep it as a backup.

Welcome to the thread. All ages are welcome as long as they behave and don't pick on us old folks (and cut the grass,and fill the cooler) LOL. Welcome.

 

Here is a picture for Mark. Took a walk through the Wellington Botanical garden in New Zealand and saw the apiaries and thought of Marks bees.
