Guess I'll be the first then. Did the install after work yesterday. It was kind of the bitch I thought it would be, but I do have a few extra things on my truck that complicates the process. It would be a bit faster on a stock truck.

The 4 cab bushings were in perfect condition and likely would have lasted a long time, but the two front radiator ones were already shredding apart and my truck only has 50k in it. I'm glad I changed those. The good news is, if I ever did need to change them again those were by far the easiest to swap out.

I took a picture of this weird foam block under the driver's side carpet that you'll need to remove. It just unscrews.

I had to use a bunch of cut 2x4 pieces to be able to lift the body up. This would be so much nicer to do on a lift. Also, it's a really good idea to disconnect the abs sensors up front as they will stretch and break if you lift the body too high.

If you have a seat delete platform it's gotta come out. I was able to unbolt mine and slide it forward a little bit. Those 2 bolts at the rear of the cab were a bitch to get to.

I have a steel front bumper, so changing the rad mounts is going to be a breeze. Not looking forward to pulling out the ones inside the cab though.

I'll probably start with the fronts and do the others on a nice Fall day.

    Stock-ish
Installed the other night, pretty straight forward. Did one side all at one time, so I could jack the entire cab up a couple inches (to the limits of the abs wires, which actually have a pretty high tensile strength )
Huge improvement in my opinion, way less cab-bed movement. My truck already squeaked and growned, but a little increase in those noises. Going to drive it for another day or two and recheck/tighten everything. Probably should have put antisieze/grease on all the bushings, but I forgot to

    Great to hear.

Yours saying that you are hearing more sounds now?

I found the tensile limit of an ABS wire on a friend's 4Runner. The splice is holding though, thankfully.

To add to this, also a good idea to remove your fender liner splash guards or whatever they are called in the front wheel whells. Mine actually ripped off when doing the install. It's amazing the ABS wires didn't also break..

Yes definitely unplug the ABS wires at the frame and body connection . Thats a big tip that we have forgotten and has cost us a few times .
