    what size pan you using?
The person says use mini loaf pans:notsure: and depends on airfryer so time may vary...which isnt anything you are doing wrong

    Say that last part again….

    :D

I saw that it said mini pans, but this person also posted a recipe for pumpkin bread and it was in regular sized loaf pans. That recipe said the same temp and time….if I’m remembering correctly…..would that make a difference?

I guess I never answered your question, I put it into normal size loaf pans. I divide the batter in half.

edit… I just went back and checked that recipe. It was posted two different times on that Facebook page by the same person. One says to put it in the mini loaf pans, the other one doesn’t say anything about mini pans. This is why cooking is so hard people!!:angrygirl:

I didn’t want to screw it up again so I put it in the oven. Plus, my boy had to leave for work and the brats were in the AF. I wanted him to eat before he left so I multitasked

i still havent nailed breads down, depends on time of year, humidity, moon phase;) prob not moon phase but you get the idea...

I think some people post recipes that are missing a few key ingredients or techniques to sabatoge other people. Then theres some that wont share a recipe...:annoyed:

    Some peoples kids

I might screw it up try it with strawberries sometime or a berry mixture maybe.

Turned out great in the oven. It’s a recipe I’ll keep using, would just be nice to figure it out in the AF:notsure:

Well that explains why I blend in there!

    JUST KIDDING!!!

I only have it to see stuff from my middle boy who moved to Colorado. I share his fight posts, but that’s it. I spend most of my time looking at the recipes in the AF group. So far, most things I have made came from that group.

This thread kinda died out until recently so thank you for that.

I would suggest the recipe in the mini tins if you have them or just know you'll have to cook it longer.

Obviously there's a lot of knowledge in all the cooking related threads so don't be afraid to ask!

Cooked some country ribs in the slow cooker all day in stout beer, an onion, little salt, Bragg aminos, oregano and just a tiny bit of BBQ sauce. Took the pork out to pull the meat when super tender and after it cooled a bit.

Juices left over in the crock pot??? Threw in some half cut 1" OD zucchini pieces each piece about 2" long or so (not small, would get too soggy) , olive oil, a little dill, more oregano, tiny pinch basil, juice of a lemon, couple squeezes of date syrup. Just let them soak for 30 minutes or so while prepped other stuff.

Took the zukes out of juice, air fried until tender browned.

Holy shit. Best tasting zucchini ever!

Sure, but same concept - look at the height of her quick bread in the picture, PLUS she says "The exact time is going to depend on your air fryer and what pans you made it in. Obviously, the larger pans will need more time. Just continue to air fry in 5-minute intervals until the toothpick comes out clean."

Didn’t realize we had an air fryer thread. What I made tonight. Some basic chicken breasts.

-Marinated in Italian dressing the day before.

    -360F for the default 15min

-Flip them, drizzle marinade on them and 360F again for 15min

*If they are very thick I sometimes slice them open and do another 5 min at the end.

Then serve. I almost never use the grill for chicken anymore since the air fryer does it so well.

Made some airfryer plantains with honey and cinnamon today. I let my boy, who is cutting weight, eat most of them. I side eyed him the whole time tho…..

No pic, they didn’t last long.
