    Nope, never knew!

Will say I absolutely love my Fuel drill (M12 as well).

I know I said this in the other thread, but I'll say it again; totally digging the dining room lighting.

Can't wait to see the rest of the kitchen transformed.

    Thanks!

One thing, if you ever find yourself wanting an oscillating tool, Id skip milwaukee and go dewalt. Mine vibrates the battery just loose enough to cut off. Gets super annoying.

It's funny you say that, cause it seems like Milwaukee tools lack some consistency (and maybe the oscillating tool they offer just plain sucks).

I returned an M18 Fuel angle grinder cause it vibrated badly, and was overly loud about a year and a half ago. Returned it within 2 weeks of using it.

The one I bought just a few weeks ago is significantly quieter and smoother with no vibration at all.

Same model number, media, and battery type used.

With that said, I would like a Dewalt tool or two.

I just don't know how their battery system works as I hear/see flexvolt stuff not to mention ATOMIC, MAX XR, and other weird stuff.

For Milwaukee, it's either Fuel or non-Fuel.

    Talking battery-powered obviously.

Their camera tech was great before that but that may be an exception to the rule...unless you just mean consumer electronics
I don't think she was acting in that scene at all haha, that was pure reaction

All their 20v lithium batteries work with all their 20v lothium tools. We had a combo of all those at my last job and a pile of random batteries for them.

@Sperrunner Red Bull Hardline streaming live tomorrow...good for a rainy Sunday. I watched some of the intro vid they did. Hurts my brain.
    For example:

Whole vid is worth a look but that was heavy

    @Wulf

Did you see that Dewalt does indeed offer a battery-powered ratchet?

Probably just came out a few weeks/months ago.

I did recently see that at Lowes. Wondered if it was a new thing.

I didn't even know they carried Dewalt; I don't go to Lowes.

But looking it up, it seems they carry a different variation of said tool -

I've noticed that with one tool type, there are a number of 'variants' when it comes to Dewalt. Seen that with angle grinders where some have a single digit difference, or add a B or a G at the end of the model number.

Yep, I saw that XTREME model in the second photo. (terrible name btw) Definitely wasn't the first one, at least not in store. I remember that chrome on the head. I get making a higher torque or more premium model and one lower, but not sure what the decision process was behind the XTREME and the ATOMIC...seem pretty close.

Yeah I think they released it pretty recently. Haven't heard much about it so far

I think they still make brushed and brushless versions of most tools

That's what I figured, but they're damn near the same price.
