I find myself on this site on the regular, researching various things about my 2017 Taco, and finally decided to join.

I bought my Tacoma new in January 2018 and aside from a top end rebuild at 40,000 miles (covered under warranty, of course), this has been one of the best vehicles I've ever owned.

I can't get over how much knowledge is here and I look forward to learning from more hardcore Tacoma owners.

I rarely take pictures of the Taco but managed to find one from a few months after I bought her, sitting next to the wife's Runner.

Wish I still had the Runner. When we both started working from home, we decided we didn't need two vehicles and sold it to Carvana. At the time, there was a premium on those vehicles in the Houston area and we sold it for 4k more than we bought it new from the dealer.

 

I understand the decision seeing that you both WFH. My wife and I do the same and I've thought about going down to one car. She still needs her HomeGoods trips and I need to get out of the house when I want to as well so we're gonna stick with each having our own vehicle for now
