Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Don't go overboard. You have a 4 cylinder 2WD with limited towing capacity. Setting up a 7-pin connector won't be necessary unless the trailer has one. A 4-pin is adequate. I'm assuming you're just gonna bolt a ball to the bumper and not get into installing a hitch receiver. Check your OM for towing capacity.
What is the weight of the fully loaded trailer?

I honestly just want it to fit in the factory spot so it's not dangling. I have a hitch receiver installed already so good to go on there luckily.

The trailer is light and I won't be hauling anything too heavy other than a small upright piano so probably 1500lb at the most, closer to 1,000lb.

I don't really plan on towing all that much other than here and there like this so I don't need anything crazy for sure.

With my first Tundra a base model I ordered the harness from Toyota. It was a plug and play and maybe the same for a Taco.
