    Dear all,

I've been driving my new 2022 trd sport for 3 months. I noticed these:

    1. When I brake while going down a steep slope, I sometimes can hear the engine starts a sudden humming sound, it's doing something as if it's trying to slow down the vehicle as well. Is that part of a safety feature new tacoma has? It feels just like when a jet plane lands, the engine does the reverse propulsion.

    2. When I 'm not applying either the brake or gas pedal and let it slow down by itself, my truck has this weird jerk feeling I can feel? Is that a transmission issue?

Thank you guys for answering questions

And or axle wrap. Early tacomas including mine has the ubolts loose. It wasn’t torqued properly from factory.
