    Maltec was putting the 70s series body on the 80 chassis to skirt the import laws (speaking of our government overlords why we can’t have cool things) to sell them in the States……buuuuut, Covid kinda squashed that.

You said people should be able to use their own judgment, and I replied "what if their own judgment is [inaccurate]." But I'm not going to pursue this point further. At least not with you.
