Man, talk about angry. Hahaha you’re the one who seems angry. You’re arguing just to argue. We can all have our own views and opinions. I’ve already stated my view / opinion. And that is people should be able to buy a brand new gas powered vehicle in 2035 if they want to rather than not having that option by government implementation. If you want to drive an electric vehicle that’s fine, if you want to drive a diesel / or gas that’s fine too.

On a false narrative? Man, I’m sorry that I triggered you by having a meaningful discussion from different view points other than yours. Maybe I believe your view points are based on a false narrative as well. Agree to disagree. That’s the beauty of todays world. I’m not going to tell you to be quiet though because this is a forum where people can openly (obviously to a certain extent) talk about things.
