We missed a virtual meeting yesterday by a few minutes, and the guy lost his ever-loving mind.

Threatened everyone here, called names, etc. You know, the typical Karen type.

He isnt even a customer of ours.

Always use the correct punctuation to avoid confusion. For example:

“Let’s eat, Timmy” would be correct at the dinner table.

But on a life raft in the ocean one would use “Let’s eat Timmy”

I pick this guy to fight!

 

I called him and explained to him that his language and tone were embarrassing and that his grandmother would be ashamed of himself.

I also let him know how to find me on my socials so we can meet up in person to really hash out his issues. I feel as though it would be better to observe body language, as so much can be taken the unintended way through text/email, etc.

Hasn't reached out yet. Not sure why?

Any bit of rain and it instantly turns green. It is full of weeds in spots, but I wanted to work on feeding the lawn first. Gonna lime it here soon and then go for more fertilizer in the Spring, followed by weed treatment.
