    im a correction officer when im gone to work i do 4 doubles so i get up at 5am and dont get homr till 12am so not really ne room to sacrafice an hr cuz after my shower i only get 4.5 hrs of sleep the other days i do singles i could just do situps andpushups i suppose. i just dont want to pay for a gym at home and pay for a gym downstate for just 3 days everyother week.

    Punctuation would be really nice... But if you do a system such as P90X or Insanity for that matter, you can get a damn good workout pretty quickly if you commit to it

    for those of u doing the p90x is it worth doing if ur a skinny guy looking to pack on muscle and weight?
    or should i stick to the gym

    I will be honest. I have done it now, twice. Got pretty good results, not following the diet plan like at all. I am a skinny guy (getting bigger now that I'm hitting the gym and eating right), and I did not put on any muscle doing it. It is just too cardio intensive to put on good heavy muscle. If you scour the internet, you can find some really good workouts even if you just have a small set of dumbells and a pullup bar.

    Maybe invest in a few weights and a pull up bar. then when you are sittin around bored try and do some stuff. You can get a pretty good workout with just pullups/pushups/crunches. use chairs or benches for dips. use a counter and the top of a chair for chest dips. you could get biceps with just 2-3 different weights. or a bookbag full of books/sand. I would say just get creative and find some stuff that you can do at work.

    Something you could do is on the week you have off lift at a gym 3-4 days. then the week you work do body weight stuff just to maintain where you were at and increase muscular endurance

    4 mile run then Ab Ripper X
    Then dinner with a shit ton of carbs
    Hit the gym a few hours later and did chest and tris
    Inclined bench
    Skull Crushers
    Flys
    Tricep pull-downs
    Normal bench
    Tricep Dips
    Declined Bench
    Regular dips
    Ab workout consisting of flutter kicks, plank, 6 inches, crunches, oblique crunches, leg lifts, mason twists

    Feelin good

    I took too much of a time off, and hit the gym tonight so I'm feeling pretty sore. I do feel much better though. I gotta admit I'm with you Ryan my farts are pretty gnarley.

    Its from taking protein before your workouts! Lol I've cleared out gyms with those damn things! I was sick for 4 days, lost some weight, finally back in the swing of things. Feels good!

    I haven't had the protein shits in a while... Since I switched to Hydrowhey it has been okay. Last time I had them consistently was when I took NO Xplode for a while. More like xploding shits...

    Side note, and more on topic one: Decent workout tonight. Except for my overhead barbell press... I was being a grade A pussy tonight. Less reps/less weight. Dunno what was up, just wasn't there. I'm thinking it's because I destroyed my chest on decline bench the other day.

    So after getting back from Top Sail Beach NC I got way to drunk threw up A LOT Im ashamed to say! Lost some weight before that fighting a real bad cold! I need to get back into the gym MAN THE F UP and get my swole on! haha

    BTW I love how big this thread has got yall! Way to go! Keep up the Iron Pumping and the posts about it!

    Don't just tell us about it, Do it!!! I had a cardio day today, hit it hard. Trying to get my physique cleaned up before summer hits (well, summer in MT anyway). I am nowhere in the kind of shape of Aaron, Matt, or Joe, but I am definitely trying and seeing where they are keeps me motivated for sure. I will post up some pics of my skinny ass one of these days lol
