This is just speculation on my part, but I think dealerships and manufacturers are going to be singing a different tune in the not too distant future as interest rates on auto loans continue to rise and gas prices stay high. Payments on these inflated prices are going to start getting out of reach for a lot of people.

Does it make 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque?

I have noticed some dealers in Canada must be buying the cars or trucks themselves and then reselling at a higher price. Dealer markups are illegal in Canada. On Dave Ramsey last night it said the average vehicle payment in the USA is $733 and the average vehicle has topped $48k Last year it was $41k

What makes a Pro tundra wider than a SR Tundra?

It's not the width, it's the cool factor. Pros are cooler than SRs so they are required to have raptor lights to maintain minimum coolness levels :anonymous:

Check the Toyota site my guy, the track width is wider and the fenders add to the width.

That's the one, the overall width is over an inch wider which makes it require the lights.

That's actually pretty common, but they're regular inventory not bought as rentals. The last dealer I worked at would take certain models or cars with colors or options that were hard to sell and turn them into loaner vehicles. Then when they reached a certain mileage say 7k-8k we'd put them on the lot as certified pre owned. We got factory to dealer incentives by making them loaner vehicles too. It's a good way to keep inventory moving. Double profit on ugly ducklings. ;)

    305 and 295

But mpg listed for both are empty - you know, the way this TRD and that Ram will spend 90% of their time?

Show me another twin turbo v6 hybrid in a 6000 lb vehicle with 437 hp and 583 lb-ft of torque that has better gas mileage.

EPA estimated 19 mpg in the city and 24-26 mpg
    305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque
not quite a fair comparison, right?

the F150 Power boost hybrid V6 with 430 horsepower and 570 lb.-ft. of torque does get 23 MPG, but it weighs 5300lbs.

That is the only real engine that is competitive. a little less HP and torque and a couple more MPG.

not trying to fan boy here, but lets at least be fair about expectations.
