I have around 2 inch lift. I never did a before and after measurement but it's with the eibach 2.0 coilovers at the height they are set at from the factory. Plus a sso bumper, winch, and sliders. I plan to add skids soon too. But currently my alignment is causing my tires to chop and roar. They are 265 7516. I have a set of 285 75 16 with -25 off set FN WHEELS. do you think going with ucas like dirt king or camburg will help my situation?

I'm going to rebuild them because I have the rebuild kits. Then I'll either sell them or save them for when I need to replace these.

Yes. I am replacing my 149k OEM with these upgraded ones, UCA should prob help you. I wanted ball joints and they are one of the few companies that make them. I currently don't have any issues with alignment or tire chatter, 6112s on 2/1 clips. It's different for everybody's truck though.

Yeah I want to go the ball joint route as well. Being able to pick up a moog ball joint pretty much anywhere is a big selling factor to me.

Atlas will be in soonish, removed bed to install fill plates in the c channel frame. Hopefully soon we will mockup suspension cycle it then glue it all together. Aiming for a 22 inch frame height on 40s. Rear 14 bolt will get a shave also. I think OX locker should be coming in soon for the front

I mean yeah why not I really have no use for them anymore.
These lasted well over 100k miles and 7 years until the drivers side seal finally started leaking. And they saw pretty heavy off-road use, I'm really impressed.
    PM if you're serious!

Your truck needs one of two things IMO: Either more spring and a shorter bumpstop so that it only occasionally touches the bump on a bigger hit, or a taller squishy bumpstop that rides on the frame at ride height - that you are basically using as a spring, similar to an airbag, and then a better shock to control the rubber spring if that is the way you go.

The issue you are having is that the springs are not supporting the load, you are way too close to the bumpstop, that is about 1" of uptravel before you are into the bump, which is not dampened, so it will bounce off the bumpstop, giving you a bucking sensation because you are hitting it with speed due to the leaf it self being undersized for the application. The Spring rate of that rubber is equivalent to something really high, and a shock to control that correctly would be nearly impossible. The other option, of basically riding on the rubber spring, is not desireable for the lack of travel you have, but is almost better since you will just be bumping it further instead of slamming into it with axle velocity. Hope that makes sense. I think yours is even worse since the bump is rubber in nature and not a foam, so yours really does 'bounce'

I'd guess you could add another leaf in that dakar pack, or get a shorter bump, or both. I know Archive makes a superbump (which is foam in nature, less bounce) mount that is as low as possible, not with a stand-off like the wheelers mount has.

I just fixed this myself, had wheelers superbumps and dakar heavy springs... with an additional leaf installed (so like a super heavy, lol) and only about 1" to the bumpstop of uptravel with my heavy truck. Switched to custom deavers, and put the Archive bump mount on which gave another 3/4", in addition to the 1.5" the springs gave, now I have about 3-3.5" up travel before the bump hits and that is riding much better even though the springs are stiffer

    Good luck

The package came with a mini crowbar
For 12 bux, safe gamble that the slight bit of pressure it puts on the dash pad will quell the rattle.

Thank you! that is the info I was looking for. I am on a HD pack right now but I have felt that is undersized for what I run. I really like the Timbren bump stops, they feel really good when wheeling and hitting them. I have been thinking about upgrading to an Allpro Exped 2.0 pack to help with everything going on back there. I might go Devers but they are a bit more spendy. Might be worth it for me though. I am planning on buying a travel trailer soon too so I think un upgraded spring is going to be needed for sure. If not getting airbags.

I ran all pro expos for 4-5 years before we did the 63 swap and they were great for a direct bolt in

I can't leave anything well enough alone
If those are Dakar HD, I know you are fairly heavy expo build. Have you had your truck weighed, especially axle weight? I bet you will be shocked how fast it adds up.
    3 things:
    1) That pack IS undersize for your load. I don't know much about the 2.0 allpros, but have never heard a single person that was happy in the long run with all pro springs on a truly heavy expo type build. I'd suggest you read up on the archive garage page as well, or have a talk with him, he knows his way around rear suspension on these trucks. Personally, if you don't have budget for Deaver U402 in whatever stage is correct for you, then you should add another leaf to the dakar pack (which is what I was running, HD + extra leaf. I actually have a brand new set of the extra leafs, with isolators and such that I could sell for that pack. Was going to add the second extra leaf on the pack before I opted for custom deaver (U402-XXHD)
    2) Without sounding like an a-hole, I think you don't know what you are talking about with the timbrens. The feel of the spring holding up the load until the last 1" of non-rubber bumpstop travel is not replaceable with a long tall squishy rubber bumpstop. I think maybe you are riding on that bump more than you think, and it is acting like a spring with very little travel. But what it feels like with proper springs and several inches before bump contact is undeniable.
    3) I would not suggest airbags unless your load changes a ton from one setup to the next, and it is mostly highway. I tried firestones before taking them off. Good for highway, sucks for up travel when offroad, even with only 5psi. Even with daystar cradles, they don't allow much up travel at all. They are built for a street truck, with factory leafs, that also occasionally tows a boat with a giant tongue weight. They suck for offroad use.

how heavy is the truck please, do you have anything like 500+ lbs in the bed? Haven't heard of a single person going years on all pros with a heavy truck. They might be good for a high speed, high travel situation, but have not been successful in anyone's build I've heard of that is really carrying a constant heavy load.

I had high clearance rear bumper and swingout with 35 inch spare, so 200 bumper 75 wheel tire, toolbox loaded with hi lift parts. random shit. 100ish pounds.

I towed a fair amount with them and they did great and I wheeled alot with them. Only reason I did 63 swap was I needed more flex. If you or a shop do the swap it performs better and parts are dirt cheap. leafs were 100, 150 for shocks, ubolts 50 kit was q20 at the time. Holds load better, flexes better and out performs a direct bolt in
