It’s just like any car for me. First time you drive it….it’s weird. But after a while, you get used to it.

we have a 2015 accord with a cvt as a daily driver for us. It’s fine. I love that car for the mpg. the only issue is sometimes, after the car has been sitting for 2 days or so…when you start to drive it, the “tranny slips”

It just needs to build up pressure and then it’s fine

I will say the CVT at higher RPMs are zippy thangs but down low leaves much to be desired. Plob it into sport mode and should be fine lol

It's always in sport mode. I think I've seen the ECO symbol on the dash display twice. lol

Curious to hear what people think. What’s the best used Car/SUV under 30k?

I don’t want to start another for sale ad for this but if you know anyone that needs a solar panel I’m selling my 100W Renogy panel for 60 bucks.

    Sorry…forgot a photo. D0DCD319-2DDE-4430-B0EA-9A53E9733D84.jpg

Good point. Plus if I’m having to remove things like the battery to cut it’s going to take me multiple days. I’m definitely not leaving my truck a garage rental place.

I checked and looks like I am clear as long as I’m not doing it late/early. Plus if my neighbors complain about a couple hours of noise over three years then I don’t know what to say. I even hesitate to use my battery impact.

Maybe I’ll buy an electric angle grinder to keep the noise down a bit. And then I don’t have to string a cord out of the garage.

My 2006 Scion xB fucks for $3,600.

I actually loved my Prius when I had it. I regret selling it.
I couldn't give a rats ass about what people said about me driving it - it's spacious, efficient, and zippy when you step on it.
Damn near everyone that rode in it was surprised how roomy and comfortable it was.

Shoved 3 other full grown humans (and backpacking gear) in the thing and drove to Havasupai without a hitch.
Drove it up to either Shasta and Tahoe almost every weekend in the winter.
    Commuted all around in it.

Put like 40k+ miles on it in a hair over 2 years with no problems whatsoever.

+1 for a Prius if your ego can take it. We have the plug in version. 60k miles and we are averaging 72 mpg lifetime on it. Had to warranty our passenger seat that stopped sliding back and forth, and need to warranty a dash rattle, but otherwise it's been flawless.

My commuter car before that was a 2006 Corrolla XRS which was an extremely fun car... for a Corrolla. But it only got 30 mpg and not nearly as much space inside. I still kinda miss it though and those things will run forever.
