Finally had to replace the wiper blade inserts on my 2017 for the first time in 5 years ownership. Replaced with OEM.

    Easy.

…if you are doing the Tacoma Squadron kit. You pick Baja Designs.

do the install yourself!!! Watch the video DIY’s online. Super easy. Just have to confident in pulling off the inner wheel well covers.

shops charge up to 300$ for that install. Almost pays for the lighting.

It’s easier getting access to remove the fogs going through the top side, behind the grille.

yah. I think in order layer in the black “gasket/filler” and then actually crank things tight with a screw driver I gave up and went through the wheel well. 5 extra minutes; could get two arm access.

I did the wheel wells with SS3 Pro’s and then when I upgraded to SS3 Max’s I removed and replaced through the top side and it was way easier.

Cali Raised Offroad rock slider installed.

The sliders themselves are great. Very pleased.
BUT, no instructions whatsoever are included in the box nor any parts list... a reference video I was able to find from their website is different for LONG BED.
When I contacted them for an install instruction manual, I was messaged with this response -> https://caliraisedled.com/blogs/news/rock-slider-install-instructions-dclb (Cali Raised LED website)

Not entirely satisfied with how they answered... but I was able to install it. And moving on.

Yeah I did more reading last night and that seems to be the case for most. I'm planning on only a 2" lift so I will see how it feels after the install and go from there. I've read where some have no vibrations at all with only 2" so time will tell. Appreciate the info.

    well… fine. Lol.

I still felt it was easier through the well for me.
If OP does the right thing and goes Squadrons… he can let us know his choice of install.

I have Bilstein 5100's all the way around and Icon AAL in the rear, essentially a 2" lift and I had that vibration. Sorry. I hope it's different for you.

The video is SUPER helpful. Just take it one step at a time and pause where you need to pause in the video. No, no shifting in the covers at all! They’re super solid. I think they’re made out of a really durable pvc material. I’m really impressed overall.
