I would get lost in the Carlton dance and forget about singing.

 

What's crazy is, I've heard many had bad experiences with them.

But I really dig my chiropractor as he really just breaks down what he does and how he does it, as well as to why, and how his method is different from a few others.

This week it's 3 adjustments; Mon Wed and Fri

Though he said he wants to step down to 2 adjustments per week starting next week; the body needs to heal and the muscles need to learn to adjust again

The focus is on my T1 and L5 and he adjusts 1 specific vertebrae, so when he does his adjustment it's just a single crack.

He said it could put more strain on the body when other chiropractors do a large adjustment and do multiple cracks in one go.

The spine needs to be adjusted little by little as it learns to get put back into proper alignment, not to mention the muscles learning not to work so hard to compensate.

When I have enough drinks, I'll start with Commander Cody, hot rod Lincoln. And if people like it and ask me to sing more stuff, I ALWAYS pick something by Tom Jones

 

It operates in a little lawless part of health care right in between homeopathic bullshit and therapeutic treatment. Is it pseudoscience or real, eh probably 50/50. There's plenty of chiros that are quacks that believe every ailment can and should be cured with spinal and neck adjustments and there's plenty that just quietly do the right thing and adjust whatever they think they can safely without putting you in a chair shitting in a bag for the rest of your life. Id do it, but I'd wanna vet a few of them first.

Not having any experience with one before, I've been fortunate enough to not deal with any of those types but I believe it.

The chiropractor is at my disposal to do only what's needed, and nothing more.

All he needs is 10-12 weeks (hence wanting to spread my adjustments further apart) and I should be back to 100%.

 

I'm pretty acquainted with one up the street. I went in last week after my MTB crash and got tuned up alright. I should probably go more regularly though
