    Been getting really good reviews.

    Sourced stuff, shifting to building their own distillery.

    I always get a little worried whenever a new craft NDP label gets hot because they have a tendency to lose quality as they expand.

    So I always file these things under "wait 5 years and see". 5 years haven't been kind to High West. Or Belle Meade. Etc.

    (Slightly off topic from whiskey, but: Dictionaries are either prescriptivist or descriptivist. The former do language by the rules, the latter do language by common use. The latter are more common. The argument for descriptivism never worked for me because it's like having a language arts class vote for the correct answers to the quiz. No. You kids gotta learn the rules. You don't get to make them. That's Lord of the Flies. Hence you end up with errors rampant in language.

    If a dictionary is to be consulted, I heartily recommend the American Heritage Dictionary.)

    Next fun linguistic fact:

    Flaccid is pronounced 'flak-sid', not 'flassid'.
