Finally made it to the big liquor store again. I really wanted to find Balcones True Blue Cask Strength. But no luck and "settled" for Baby Blue. I love this stuff!
Giving recommendations for Old Tub, thought I can't go wrong for $22. I was not expecting much since I don't like Jim Beam. But damn, y'all were right! This is good stuff! Tastes like sweet corn, a little sweeter than Mellow Corn or (my favorite) EW BiB. It certainly holds a place next to those, will just depend on what I'm in the mood to drink that night.
Abasolo, this is....well, interesting. From Mexico and 100% corn. My hopes were too high. It's like a light sweet butterscotch. And that's all. No real corn apparent, doesn't taste like much. Can't taste the barrel at all. Pretty disappointed.

Apparently auction houses skirt this by selling the bottles only and the contents are sent as a gift not included with the sale. Maybe worth putting in writing to cover ass for anyone makin exchanges. Like putting 'offroad only' disclaimer on shit

Random BevMo website search and two more of these turned up, low retail $. Tried to buy them on the website, but BevMo website sucks ass. Just the worst. Called the store and they put them aside for me. Wooowhooo! Just drained my 1 of 2 original bottles and was getting worried. Now I'm flush with 3. Oh happy days.

Alright Voyage 23 is in the books, replaced with a Voyage 24 and a Wilderness Trail BiB that were gifted to me. I wasn’t familiar with the Wilderness Trail but I’m enjoying it.
