Looking to install TRD PRO suspension on my 2020 Sport DCLB.

Anyone did similar install on 2020 DCLB? Have part numbers that you used?

All tacoma pro suspensions fit all tacomas. Doesnt matter the year. I have 2017 pro suspension on my 2018. So If I were you I would just find the newest lowest mile pro suspension you can and just put it on.

There were some minor changes to the suspension between 2017 to now

They changed the springs from a flat ground spring to a full coil in 2020 and revalved them a bit. In 2022 they changed the spring to give additional lift over the other years. From what I have found, the best version is the 2017-2019 with the flat ground springs. The newer full coil (top of the springs are not flat ground) suffer from a issue where the spring puts too much pressure on a single spot on the top hat, this results in the tops not centering the shaft and can wear out the bushings and damage the shaft. This design flaw was found when eibach made aftermarket springs for the pro suspension.

No toyota has not fixed it because they dont really know about it being a issue. It only popped up as a issue when we increased the spring length thus increasing the force on that one spot of the strut top. On the stock pro suspension its going to end up being a long time out issue, but when you put in a eibach lift it makes the design flaw worse. Eibach is working on their own fix for the issue though.

Maybe I'm trippin , but your truck would look awesome as a duelly! Like the LB. The picture makes you look shoe horned in that garage. OTH, jealous of garage.
    Nice truck!
