    Now, most of them are high functioning "disabled" (I don't know how to put that, I'm not politically correct) people, but they need a job too. The deaf guys are interesting as they have no concept of any noise they make... They let them drive the tuggers, so we have blue lights on ours to warn them. I keep a flashlight on strobe around just in case. So not only do I need to know a little bit of Spanish, sign language is needed too...
