depends if they oversee or if your guy was a franchisee in charge of his own. either way he can pay you by cash/check if needed. just be mindful of taxes if he doesn't take any out (sounds like he's clueless anyway)

Have any dirt on him? You could always use that to your advantage.
    Could use physical violence
    Or
Most likely you would have to file in small claims ( depending on amount) or county, if he fails to pay, then you could place liens or sheriff sale

Apparently he thought that I was with holding information about the company work phone and Apple ID number. Told him I was never given any information about the apple ID from the office manager. The same office manager that he fired.

Unfortunately law states that employers are not entitled to provide last pay checks immediately, but must provide regardless. State law may be completely different.
You do have legal options but they always get to be a Pain in the ass. HG.org under final paychecks will let you see some options. Not saying to follow this, please understand. And it may not be precise but will give some info.
You are entitled to that money if worked.
I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but we do have these issues every so often.
Good luck and keep us posted
You will never remember that assh****, later anyway. He will always be that joke you tell

Good morning Pennsylvania. Finally got paid. The old boss really thought I was holding back information from him about the work phone. Told him everything I know about it. Everything else he wanted to know like apple Id the office manager had. But he fired the office manager so he lost all access to his own computers. Anywho I got paid that's all that matters to me.

So todays project since I’m all about digging out my unused relics.
Chasing down electrical gremlins in the boat that hasn’t been used since our buddy JB completely phucked the enjoyment of filling up the gas tank

So far I got the marine radio and GPS/chart plotter working. Now onto to find out why the stereo, amp and XM tuner isn’t turning on.

Wife has been nagging about selling it and wasn’t happy I just spent 1200 redoing the interior over Covid. It’s one of those things that I spent ALOT of time getting it to where it is over the past 5 years, and bringing it back from the dead ( I traded an old crown Vic police interceptor for it ) that I’m not sure someone else could appreciate the work and time I have into it.

***edit***. Of course it’s a bad ground. Why wouldn’t it be. Smh. Now to start tearing apart loom and fishing a new ground. Working on boats was easier when was about 30 lbs lighter.

Good morning PA. A fine late summer morning it is. I took a truckload of stuff up to our church this morning for a yard sale. You can buy tables to sell your own things. My wife and grandson stayed to sell it. Hopefully, they make back at least what they paid.

Who here has the Hooke Road rear bumper on their 2nd gen Tacoma? I ordered a factory style chrome bumper complete from Ebay and its complete garbage. Plastic top end caps were broken, clips were broken, plastics didn't fit for shit. Sent the seller a message with pictures requesting a full refund and a label to ship it back. I need a tow hitch also so I figured this would be a good option since it comes with a factory hitch. $700 is about the top of my budget so this would be perfect.

Was a beautiful day out! Went golfing at Neshaminy and saw at least 5 Tacomas in the parking lot. Must be where everyone has been ;)

After golf I replaced my clock spring and installed an auto dimming mirror on my 07. All round great late summer day.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

I unloaded the last two cabinets for the bar from the shipping pallet and carried them downstairs and cleaned up ll the packing material. Went to the local hardware store to buy 2 wheelbarrows we donate for our church festival's Wheelbarrow of Cheer and Tools and saw a gorgeous Blackstone Griddle Cooking Station while I was there. Drove home, told Lynn about it.....drove back and bought it. Today I'll clean it up and work on seasoning it and enjoy one of the last days by the pool for this year.

    Enjoy the day!

Morning Pa! Have been searching for a daily driver to let the Tundra sit and keep miles down. Bought a 2012 Camry from a friend, got a good deal. Happy Pappy!

Uh oh, its got Cooper Tires. You've gone to the dark side! :D :fistbump:

Good looking ride Doug! If ya ever want to get it polished and sealed, just drop it off at the house. Get it all prepped for winter!

I've been alternating between the Subie and truck going to work. Take each 2 days a week. It has been helping spread the mileage out.
