Check your blower plug it could be melted, does your fan work on full speed and or only on full speed?

Have you pulled your blower and check to see if it's plugged with leafs and such?

And for your second question, Bilstein 5100's a decent middle of the road do anything shocks to get you going, from there it really really depends on what you want to do with your truck.

The cabin air filter is behind the glove box.
If you haven’t changed it in awhile, don’t be surprised if there is junk sitting ON TOP of the filer.
When you pull the filter off, the junk on top can fall into the blower motor.

If you are lucky, you can turn the blower on high and hope the fan blades mulch it up and blow it out the vents. If that doesn’t work, you have to pull the blower motor. Which is SUPER EASY. 3 or 4 screws and it’s out.

Carful "mulching" stuff, it may come out of the fan but it ain't going to go through the coil.

I’ve had pieces of leaves come out my vents. I don’t how they made it through, but they came out.
