Changed out the driver side hub assembly and installed the TTX Sway Bar Links. Really impressed with the TTX line of chassis from Mevotech. Only thing I can say it buy some 1/4 grease zerks, the ones they came with are junk. I also redid the driver side inner axle seal, it was leaking after I installed the ECGS bushing. Took it for a ride, still have some vibration in the steering wheel, put it back on the lift and shook down the front end again. Looks like Inner tie rod ends are on the menu now. 223’000 miles - I have nothing to complain about.

You can still hang around! There are plenty of people on here who don't own a Tacoma and still are active members.

So today I installed the Meso dual color map and dome lights. Thanks @IssaGreenTaco.

Then I spent over an hour pulling up the clear protection film on my hood that the dealer installed. I got tired of looking at the mold and mildew on the edges and under the film. My fingers are more sore from doing that than from putting my clazzio seat covers on. And just when I think things are going better, something caught my eye and I look up and see that my windshield has a crack. I was like, what the hell?

Hardware is temporary. It's not perfect but looks like it will work.

Only concern is the strength of the fiberglass be. Time will tell.

    Holds:
    Two small camping chairs.
Bag full of bungie cords and ratchet straps along with a three ball hitch.

That's a good bit of storage. Plans for a door/cover?

I might linger a while and collect some ideas for the next build. I did keep all of my mods for the next build and I've still got several ideas for mods that I had to put a halt to when I found out I was moving to HI. Like fixing the stupid radar cruise control.

Was there last Thanksgiving. Stayed in Makaha. Beautiful place. Expensive. Real estate is ridiculous. Safe travels.

Thanks. I was looking at the tuffy boxes just didn't like how the top was angled down or the price.

I did this for right around $180. Still no door but same idea as the tuffy.

You should have taken your Tacoma there and sold it. Oahu is loaded with modded, 3rd gen Tacos. I honestly believe there are more Tacomas there, per capita, than anywhere else in the world.
