Hey everyone! I just joined Tacoma world a few days ago and this is my first post. I became a proud owner of a brand new Army Green Trd sport double cab today! I have wanted one of these trucks in this color since I first saw the Trd pro when they came out. Love this truck, rides and drives like a dream, haven't been this excited about a vehicle in a long time! This is my first Toyota brand truck, I bought my wife a little Toyota car a few years ago and have been pretty impressed with it, so now we are a Toyota family.

    Welcome to Team AG!

Same here, fell in love with the Pro and had to have the next available. 21 OR took forever to get here but well worth the wait. Enjoy your ride and all the compliments to come.

Thanks for the welcome, seems like a lot of great people here that are very knowledgeable. Hoping to learn and hope I can also contribute and help others when I can. Will post up some pics of the green beauty when I take some tomorrow.

Got rid of the red TRD letters on the skid plate, in favor of AG. Subtle change but I dig it. Detail cleaned the interior, it's been needing it.

Where'd you get the different letter color from? I'd love to ditch the red letters

I have had a TRD OR on order for 5 months (Apr 14) in AG. Received a call from my salesman informing me that 2022 production had ceased and I would be getting a 23 but - AG was no longer available on the TRD OR so I had to pick another color. Is this common knowledge at this point?

SpiritAG, unfortunately it’s true. Army Green is discontinued for 2023. I got a 22 OR last week. My salesman thought that Toyota must have been trying to use the paint on hand because they got a lot of army green allocations in our region. Normally, AG is rare here. Probably because they were discontinuing it. Keep looking around you may find one.

Yes, I’ve been hearing AG was no longer available in 23. Man to wait 5 months and have to find out the way you did sucks. Sorry for your loss but I personally would ride with luner rock and call it a win. Not many of those around and they turn the same heads as AG. Good luck with your decision.

I love the AG. But after having my 2020 4runner Pro AG and traded it in my 21 LunaRock tundra pro. I’m to anal with my vehicles being clean and that dark green easily shows scratches. Love my LunaRock but don’t know if I’m going with it again if I decide to order a Tacoma or go Windchill. But keeping my tundra Pro and selling my 22 Camry possibly. Also going a different route instead of another Pro going to mod one the way I want it.

Looking good!!! I think Westcott makes 1 of the best sliders on the market, definitely the best welds. Actually, I think all the products they make are top notch.
