Grill Lights to DRL

Gotta keep it on with parking light too. Only partial credit.

 

3 way diode time. If only I could source them.

 

I'm sure it's not meant for moi. The DRL on the 2nd Gen is like the 3rd Gen, ON after IGN & Parking Park is released.

 

Oh so DRL stays on w low beam?

 

Nope, same as 3rd Gen OFF with Low Beams selected.
2nd Gen has no DRL dimming...

 

So, like I said, OP wants grille lights on w DRL or park, off only when stalk is off. Hence partial credit for your solution. Needs a parking light feed and diode.

I am making an assumption based on “on from the first click” meaning “I don’t want them off with the last click”

 

Find out what the first click is on the OP's Taco. Should be DRL...

 

It’d be funny if he also has no stalk DRL and wants them on with parking lights

Thanks guys for the troubleshooting.....I've got this schematic...looks like I'm going to have to run a cable to my cab to attach into my DRL wire on T20

My stalk is as follows: off, DRL, parking lights (DRL w/ Amber corners), halogen lo beams (all bulbs on)

@caribe makaira helped me out on another thread I created for my Alpha-Rex's I will be installing later.
Simple question was if there was a DRL toggled wire in the engine bay.
I think i got my question answered.
