I don't know yet. Overflow reservoir is overfilled, but I've still got no heat. Might empty entire jug into radiator...

this says, either very humid air going in the intake, or head gasket leaking.

do like i said above, then, if you've got wet spark plug, get a bottle of "Kseal" and add ot to the radiator. follow the directions, kseal won't clog up anything. if it's a small leak, it works.

there are other sealers made of sodium silicate (i think) but those can be dangerous if not used correctly

small head gasket leak won't necessarily cause a misfire.

    look for wet spark plugs.

check engine oil level and color/viscosity

open oil filler neck and look for foamyness

It is very humid right now, not that warm but humid, so it could disguise a head gasket leak...

I checked the oil last night and it looks good. No signs of coolant being present...

Is it okay to just empty a whole jug of coolant into the radiator when the overflow reservoir is full?

Just ignore the overflow reservoir for the moment, as @b_r_o said it's just there to catch coolant as it expands in a properly working system.
The radiator must be level full for the cooling system to function properly so step 1 if there's no immediately obvious leaks is to make sure the cooling system is full, step 2 is to figure out where it's going.

It will be almost impossible to diag, over forum. You will have 10 different ideas, and a bunch of different trouble shooting plans, and some good advice, and some counterproductive advice.

You will have to have a plan. I use the easy stuff first plan.
I try to eliminate the most simple problems and then move thru to the next thing.

You are full now as far as you know.

Is the heater valve open, not the dash switch, but the actual valve?

Is the hose to the heater core hot?
When you squish on the hoses can you hear and feel coolant?

Start at the beginning and work out from there. When you reach the end of your comfort level, turn it over to a professional mechanic.

    I hope this helps.

So I was talking with @ColoradoTJ on the phone last night and see that if the coolant in the radiator bubbles at all, the head gasket is likely bad. I filled up the radiator and ran the truck with the radiator cap removed, and it is bubbling...

Also, where would the heater core hoses ever be? I am having a bit of trouble finding...

Ok the bubbling is probably bad. It could be air purging from the heater core though.

So the next step is a jump in the process based on new information.
