I think your 2007 is Impulse Red Pearl. I had a 2005 Tacoma in Impulse Red Pearl. The Impulse Red is very similar to the Barcelona Red.

 

After having my new truck for a little over a month I decided to remove the black film on the B-pillars. I let the truck set out in the hot sun then pealed the stickers off. I still need to get some of the sticky residue off then wax the area.

 

I stand corrected. Per door sticker it is 3P1 which checks as being Impulse Red Pearl.

 

i didn’t do it. I don’t really have any black on my truck and have bronze wheels so wouldn’t look great.

 

just a thought…with super white and black changing for 2023 it looks like Barcelona Red and MGM will be the only colors to survive the entire third gen production run.

 

It makes sense.

Retain the absolute best color and also allow a singularly less-attractive friend color to bring to the bar and make you look that much more desirable.

 

Placed my Leer 100r camper shell I had on my 2018 onto my 2022.

 

Finally, after 5 months of extending leases and dealing with bs, finally getting rid of my 19 and getting a 22 BR OR Premium! Definitely excited and cant wait to share it here. I did have a question for the BR owners out there. I still have a bunch of bolt ons from my 19 that Im going to transfer over. Looking through this thread, its definitely confirmed that my pro comps are getting plastidipped gold/bronze. Best combo with the red hands down! However, does anyone have a BR Tacoma with smoked black aftermarket taillights? Im not sure if it's going to look right or not. Just curious to see it before the truck comes so Im not wasting my time when it gets here. Thanks guys

 

Took my Leer off yesterday (before/after pics). Getting a GFC installed in a week in Bozeman.
Gotta say, I do not like how my truck looks without a shell. Too bro for me. Excited to get my GFC installed and put it to use!

 

As a follow up to my last post - my old Leer 100XR in Barcelona Red will be listed for sale shortly! It’s about 3 years old, has all the options (e-lock, side windoors, headliner, lighting, roof rack tracks, etc…).
I’ll post a link to my sale listing in this thread when I get it up. If anybody with a Barcelona red in the SLC area is interested, hit me up!

 

Hmmm, I have a Barcelona Red TRD Sport inbound from Guanajuato at the moment, if I didn't live over 2,500 miles east of you I'd be very tempted to take the shell off your hands.

Took about a month from when I reserved it for it to hit the lot. I’m sure I was annoying the dealership calling and asking for updates. Hopefully you get yours soon, @Horseshoez

 

Wow, you got yours fast; I put my deposit down in February but didn't get an allocation until early August. I suppose the length of time it took for me to get an allocation was because I requested both a 6-Speed Manual transmission as well as the full boat Premium Package with the Advanced Tech Package.

 

Here are some recent shots. Door panels on, PPF and Ceramic, door handles swapped to black. Leer 100XR re-painted (Leer color match to code poor) and Leer emblem recess filled in. B Pillar vinyl removed. Westcott Sliders and 16" Pro wheels 2020 are both powder coated to match each other Prismatic Powders Laser Black. Totally goofy but the sliders have Glow Bee clear on them so they glow in the dark. I forgot I did this and went into the garage when it was pitch black and got a little freaked out.

 

Well now we need pictures of the glow in the dark sliders. Can't leave us hanging like that!

 

I saw someone post theirs on the new member forum with the blackout package and she looked nice
