What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Got my OTT Tune today...and very happy with results.

 

Finally gambled and pulled the trigger on some inexpensive seat covers. They actually look a lot better than I thought they would. Time will tell how well they hold up.

 

Loaded it up with a demolished deck and went to the landfill. And no. You can't have the hubcaps off of the trailer.

I really wanted neoprene covers and the fit is pretty dang snug. The fitment on the headrests isn't that great but for $220 overall they look great. I haven't put the back seat on yet since I currently have the back seat removed from the truck. I'll report back once it's back in...probably a few weeks.

 

So finally got all the sticky film off left by the hood protector removal and got it waxed. Who said white doesn't shine.

 

Installed some more light!

 

I bought some Turtle Wax bug and tar remover today, so I've got all the materials to start removing those edge guards, when I'm ready to start the process.... hopefully this turtle stuff works.

Cali raised... Wanted the Baja designs. But waiting for the new bumper to do that.. DD is nice too bright as hell..
Still plan to get the Baja though when I get my CBI bumper.

Moved my Vehicle EDC to Packout cases and stored it in the bed. For now, the organizer is just bungee corded in place and the two-drawer cabinet is held by zip-ties to the bedside MOLLE panel. The OEM tonneau cover is always closed and the tailgate has the OEM remote locking function installed. I thought about keeping it in the cab, but lack of tie-down points was a problem. Also, this thing is bright red and even with tinted windows, all it takes is one curious and unmoral person to smash the window and steal either the entire case or the contents.

I know of the Kaizen Source panels for Packout cases, but they don't make anything that supports this setup. If any one knows of any panels that can bolted down to the Victory 4x4 Bedside MOLLE panels that support the Packout cleats, I'll gladly take recommendations.

 

I'm so glad I did not have to do this mod...I don't hate chrome...I'm currently not bothered with it.

 

What are you towing? Is that a 4" drop hitch?
