Have AC off and see if it keeps leaking, could be heater core leaking possibly? Taste the fluid?

Check your cabin air filter for seeds....might just be nest drippings, aka rodent urine. Hopefully that tastes better than anti-freeze.

Fluid is water for sure haha. I ran the AC for two hours and didn't get more. Cabin air filter is brand new. Checked in there. all clean and dry.

If it started happening after rain then I've heard of people developing/having a leak on the passenger side air intake (under the black plastic cover at the base of the windshield where the wipers attach)

But my bet is there is something inside your drain tube... like @Norilsk said, try and blow it out with a compressor or stuff a wire through it. Bet a fat ol spider will come out.

Also here is a tip before I forget...

Always turn your ac off a few minutes before you are going to park the truck for any length of time.
This allows the condensate tray to dry out, the tray always being wet allows algae or fungus to start growing and you get that funky swamp smell in your vehicle.

Just gorgeous! Every time you post pics of up there, I want to go setup a cabin.

But then your third pic reminded me of why I don't do that...
first thing I thought of with all that shallow water, mosquitoes.
Skeeters and blackflies generally don't bug me,
but waaaaay up North you end up with a cloud of those f**kers around you ALL the time and get them in your eyes ears and mouth.
Beekeepers hats are almost a must or you end up going crazy or looking like a raisin.
Then looking at the trees reminds me of how long the winter is.... (and how much more you have to take it seriously up there)

Hopefully your coming back before end of October?
If not, get some GOOD snow chains, and always have an emergency kit in your truck that would keep you warm and fed for 3 days min.
And get a beekeepers hat (or just the mesh to put over your head) if your going to be there for the spring...
If you think the skeeters are bad when they look like a carpet on you.... the blackflies are just brutal. People won't believe it 'till they've tried it.

Neat little bit of trivia that one of the Canadian Rangers taught me... before Off and other bug sprays,
the indigenous people used to use bear or seal fat to keep the bugs at bay.
Apparently the bugs don't like landing on a greasy surface.

I would not give it a sudden full blast with the compressor in case you blow the end of the drain hose off the other end, or blow water into the wrong places.
    Ramp up the air.
I'm not too sure where the end of that hose is on the inside. it just connects to the housing that the condenser and heater core are towards the drivers side compared to where the blower motor sits.
Might be a pain to get to if it gets blown off. No sure I've never stuck my head under there and looked.

And while your are there add the 5/8 tubing to the end of the drain to divert it from dripping on your frame.

Redbull holder, ding ding ding. Also heat sensitive, darker color = colder drink. Dark green is cold as can be, yellow is piss warm. Just came off the printer at 60, so neon yellow = what the fuck did you do to this redbull

So I may have found partially the cause of my weird condensation- wtf is this box under the stereo? Directly at foot level. It’s freezing cold and covered in condensation on the passenger side.

That looks like the bottom of the evaporator housing. Follow that hose to the firewall exit. Make sure there isn't a cut somewhere in the hose. Did you blow some compressed air through the hose as mentioned earlier?

No, I don't have access to a compressor at the moment. I did check for cloggage tho, rudimentarily by sticking a big fucking screwdriver down the engine bay side tho :anonymous:

Did you pull the hose through the firewall and do this from inside?
