I play covered calls on 3-5$ pharma stocks. MESO played, now on BCLI, looking at CNTB next (but might do BBBY instead first). So far on a 345$ investment (bought a block at 3.45), I've made about 65$, and can sell it today for 390. 13% principal and 19% "dividends" on covered calls. It's been about a year so I'll say that's "annualized".

If it goes to zero, it was 345 (280 after premiums). I spread around to more than 1 stonk, not piling all into one and doing 10 lots on a single sign - that's why I'm looking at other options to expand on now

Thanks! I find them by looking at BCLI on Yahoo and seeing similar stonks on the right. Then doing some research into them before I play with them. BBBY might make sense just because the premiums are strong,

Mine doesn't. I'm sure SOMEONE has my data somewhere, but I have some 20$ thing from Amazon or eBay, it does the whole shebang but mostly it's a watch, vibratory alarm so it doesn't wake up my wife, and USED TO have a sedentary alert. Was great, set a 20 minute timer to take some steps. They f'd it up and now it can ONLY be a 1 hour sedentary timer. WTF.

2013. 9 years ago. Fitbit released their wrist watch version. The metrics we have now for workouts - times, splits, heart rate monitoring, etc etc - even just 10 years ago (as advanced as we were "way back when"), all that was reserved pretty much for professional athletes. Hundreds of dollars for trackers, and they were mediocre at best.

Now. As mentioned above - 20$ and I'm at what only olympic level athletes had 10 years ago. The health data farming must be insane from that, too.

I’m not sure if the depth of the inversion predicts the severity of the recession, but the 2/10 is a lot more inverted than before the Great Recession.

Either way, this just tells me the best buying is now until the bull starts again, whenever that may be.

None of that shit is gonna slow down the building in Mammoth. These are the types with fuck you money. For guys building track homes it might slow in the next year but I doubt it. The US is so far behind in housing it's sad.

As far as the inspector job goes. I don't think I got it. Decision was supposed to be made Friday and I haven't heard shit. Start is supposed to be OCT 3. Knowing those two things I'm fairly sure it went to another applicant. Which is fine. PTO would have been nice but the pay cut and extra driving would have sucked.

 

Hence my hard on for REITs right now.
