    Weight calculator says 4' x 8' x 3/16" (or .1875) steel sheet weighs 245lbs, that's 32 sq/ft.

That's what I bought to begin this whole thing.

I've got misc pieces left over, one that's 5 sq/ft at 43lbs, and smaller pieces that probably add up to another 2-3 sq/ft.

Estimating 25 sq/ft of it being used, says my bumper will weigh 191lbs once complete.

That excludes actual weld metal too.

Doesn't seem like it'll be that heavy but I guess we'll see. Wonder if the weight calculator I'm using is accurate anyway.

    Daaaamn!

Should send it taped up to the axle

I'd make a small sledge or something out of that thing.

Or imagine, a beefy ass recovery point

Tactical, broverlanding, caramel frappuccino holding, black rifle coffee grinding, bushwack-inspired, Tacomabeast recommended recovery point with swingout bottle opener.

Since it'll be a one-off ordeal, you can make bank and finish your truck build :burp:

Post it in the 3rd Gen section or Jeep forum.

You know, we only had one poop tent and that's the one I set up if I recall correctly....though there were separate buckets at least.

Where the heck did everyone else poop :bananadead:

I don't know what a poop tent is. But I do know when wheeling I go in search of a good view to set my bucket in front of.

True, but at least it wasn't clouded in that of deceit and manipulation.

Poor Jaxon kept waking up each morning convinced that he had buried a ton of cans all over our campsite :bananadead:
