you should be good, the main thing is that it does absorb moisture so keeping it in a garage or an environmentally controlled environment will lessen the possibilities of it “going bad”

Agreed. I've really only had trouble w/ ethanol fuel sitting in a carb. I started putting SeaFoam in each tank and it did absolute wonders for it. Of course, this is somewhat irrelevant b/c our trucks aren't carbureted. I guess my point is that the fuel is still good before the parts holding it would gum up and fail.

I caught mine juuuuust before it broke. Welded it back together.

I use startron fuel stabilizer in all my machines. Wouldn’t be a terrible idea to pour some in there. Can it be started to get the stabilized fuel through the lines and fuel rails?

Hmm. If it was me I’d probably still add some, and I’d dilute the old gas with fresh gas when it’s time to start it again.

Timing chain guide and rear main seal. Have to pull the engine. Parts are 3k so taking time to get the $$$ together.

I had an electrical issue (go figure) so my lockers wouldn't engage. I fixed it so I took this to some rutted out and rooted climbs today. The Tacoma had way more ground clearance but this thing just climbs like it's nothing. There were spots I used to spin with open diffs in the Tacoma and the LR doesn't even notice it. Despite I got two BS check engine lights while out there haha. That's just part of it.

I blame the electric limited slip I had on the TRD sport I had. It worked, but it was better for mud because it was delayed to kick in.

I'd bet, there is better weight distribution on the axles on the LR, than most pick ups.
Most Pick-ups are too light on the ass end

i assumed he wasn’t using them since he said it wasn’t working. I was just remembering the open diff tacomas struggling on similar lines I walked up in the pines before I even had a working locker and was on 32” treadwrights. Most of the time it seemed like a-trac or traction control was fucking something up for them or it was driver error.
