folks of carson/compton, need some help

so some assclown is trying to parallel park behind my truck and hits the rear side, cracking my taillight. i heard the crunch from the shitter (had just sat down) and i had a feeling it was my truck. i look out the window and sure enough it was. i rush outside and the jackhole is driving off. im inspecting the damage and see the guy drive by. he parks and starts walking across the street. i hit him up and tell him he hit my truck. hes all apologetic and i walk back to his truck. he shows me his work pass and i i tell him im going to get my phone to get his info he follows me to the corneri assume hes waiting. i get my phone and come back out 5 seconds later i guess he bolted back to his truck and jammed out. i know, shoulda held on to his badge while i went inside, dude seemed chill and even had his knocked (or fat) g/f with him. his first name is jean. he is about 5' 5" tall, stocky build maybe 150 lb. bald head, sleeved tattoos on both arms. he lives off of avalon blvd in the city of carson. he drives a completely blacked out lifted 2004ish dodge ram. it is about 6 inches lifted on like 35" tires. the truck has dark tinted windows and a baby seat in the back seat. if you guys can keep a look out in the city of carson and surrounding areas, it would be much appreciated.

in fact, i seen a blacked out lifted truck, not sure if it was a dodge, last weekend, parked in front of A-1 Doctor Tint on Avalon...

i remember noticing it cuz of the dark tint, big lift, and aggressive tires..
