Wind Chill Pearl Thread

Nice! I am yet to see another WCP Taco in my area, and I am close to Atlanta. See plenty of regulr white, no WCP.
And I have not seen any Tacos with the Advanced Tech package yet--no front cameras on any I see.
I think with the current chip shortage it will be even less common.

PS Trying to talk wife into upgrading her 2014 Rav4 to a hybrid Rav4 in 3-4 years. But she is really married to her current car. And hates electronics.

Beautiful truck! It’s so nice knowing you belong to an exclusive club. We have so many super white Tacomas around here so it’s nice to stand out from the crowd. I get compliments on it all the time.

 

I would love the LB like yours, but it took me almost 8 months to get my Taco!

 

i am just south of Atlanta and will have my WCP in 2 weeks hopefully!

 

I am OTP West. Went to KY to get my baby. No one in metro Atlanta honored Toyota employee pricing.

You will LOVE the color. It goes from gray to white to pearl to pink, depending on the time of the day.

 

The SB is badass as well! Any Taco is a good Taco. There will be times you will appreciate the SB more for parking and other considerations.

unfortunately I don’t have any affiliation with Toyota so I don’t get any special discounts no matter where I go. But I was able to get my truck for MSRP with no market adjustments or anything crazy so I think I will be just fine. I also am getting free curbside delivery and the dealer is 2 1/2 hours away in Augusta. I did contact them today and request that they put on some factory mudguards though as I see people have rock chips behind the wheels and I’d like to avoid that if possible. Picking up some step bars tomorrow to put on the truck for when it arrives, and just placed an order for the Hurst short shifter kit as well! I am excited to get this truck and already buying goodies for it before it’s even here haha.


I am definitely looking forward to the pearl! Now just need to find someone that can ceramic coat it to hopefully let it last a bit longer

Damn those bronze wheels look good on the pearl!! I was pretty set on black wheels, but that bronze has me reconsidering!

If dealer charges too much for the factory mudflaps, buy aftermarket and put them on yourself. Took me 20 min after I got the truck. Need a 10mm ratchet with extension.

 

Out here in NJ, every other Taco I see is MGM.

 

yes they wanted $200 to install mudflaps. i purchased some OEM ones from a dealer online and they cost me $60 with shipping included to my house. i just really hope the truck doesnt get eaten up with rock chips from the drive from the dealership to my house. if it does, ill be quite disappointed.
