So, I have everything you need to turn your bumper back to stock, with two minor exceptions - the black valence piece that the fog lights mount into have a ~1" dia hole drilled for the OEM block heater. I had to file it out slightly larger so I could pass the plug through without ripping the entire thing out.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-plug-removal-for-aftermarket-bumpers.778516/

The other exception, is that I am located in Alberta, Canada.
Truck is a 2020 TRD Offroad with ~8,000 km. Everything is in really good condition, and I have extra OEM fog lights and 2x sets of tail lights because I am a hoarder...

    You could:
    a. Install the factory style block heater in your truck and use JB Weld (black plastic) to secure it in place without it standing out
    b. Remove the black plastic portion and replace it with someone else's who has cut their OEM bumper up that hasn't had a hole drilled out for a block heater.

Just a thought, but the distance is a huge factor.

Also the OP doesn't have cement color (which is what you list as your truck)

    Ah, right.
At a quick glance I thought OP's was cement.
I just took it off yesterday, haha.

Upgrade the wheels and tires, swap out the grill to get rid of the chrome, and you may start liking the bumper.
IMO, it just looks out of place with the stock wheels, tires and grill.

    few things here and there.
decided to just stick with the aftermarket bumper.

ordered a new grille, tow hooks. Going to be getting 33’s in a month or so. For now, these tires will have to work.

this bill is before paint lol. That’s another 350$.

I think y’all are right. I’ll like it a lot more with the better grille!

Check CL, FB marketplace or offer up. They pop up every now and then. You may have to paint but it may be less than buying new.
