Got back home a bit ago from Michigan it was a fun trip but I had a few issues… bad valve stem from install that I didn’t notice until a rough road in Michigan and I lost 15psi… but got that fixed! Balance… I have taken these tires in to get balanced twice now and they still can’t get them right so I still had a Ight vibration for the entire trip at 65ish and up but they are going to try it again and hope it fixed them… and finally… the old m100 is showing its age.. on the way up I got 20-21mpg which was sick! On the way back I was struggling to get 16… the trailer has something wrong where it feels like I was dragging it more then pulling I looked it over loads of times and couldn’t find the issue so just drove slower and got it home… th bearings were repacked back when I got it and the tires were good and the e brake isn’t hooked up so idk what’s causing the issue but I’ll start looking into it here soon to find out it’s issue. Got loads of pics from the event but not many of all the tercels because well they wouldn’t sit still long enough to get photos!!! Drove me nuts haha

 

Do any of you have a recommendation for having tires mounted and balanced and also an alignment close to Lees Summit?

 

I use discount tire, but anywhere that will road force balance is the place to go.

If they can't balance them without a ton of weight, they need to reseat the tire. I used to help out in a tire shop for semis and fleet vehicles. Roadforce balance is what you want.

 

Any shop that says they won't road force balance isn't worth ever going back to.

I want to; most of my weekends have filled up this year. Got firetruck stuff on Saturday and family stuff Sunday.
