Either it’s too early in the morning and my brain isn’t processing reality properly, or this dude has two bolts loaded up o_O

I actually spent the few seconds to read and see it’s dual trigger. So makes some sense if you’re not the best shot with a crossbow. My undercaffienated brain was telling me it was one trigger two bolts each time :anonymous:

Yea I can’t imagine getting a second chance unless if that’s the literal quietest crossbow on the market and you have a rare stroke of luck/dumb deer at the same time

This guy quietly came into some cow calls the other day. Couldn't get him any closer than 75yds. Love watching these critters. 20220918_090740.jpg

Just my opinion, but crossbow’s are wound up so tight that it’s probably better to spend a little extra up front and avoid problems later.

Sounds like my first ever deer harvest. As a kid, hunting with a rifle, I took a shot at a doe about 60 yds in front of me; obviously shaking like crazy being the first time I'd really ever seen a deer, I missed. She was dumb enough to run straight at me while I racked another round. Looking dead at me in a full sprint coming directly towards me, she made a hard cut about 10 yds away from me and ended up stopping about 20-30 yds away on my weak side. She then watched me fumble a rifle as big as I was around and switch to a left handed shooting position, and then smoked her.. Probably doesn't sound all that cool, but being like a 10 year old kid sitting in a camp chair in the middle of open hardwoods by myself having no idea what I was doing, it was such a crazy rush.
