How much clearance between trailer roof and door frame, looks really close? Nice pic tho.

 

Frame and undercarriage gets pressure washed and cleaned once a month or two, even in winter. I'll throw on some coveralls in the winter and use the self serve car wash. When it's salty I'll spray it all down with a salt neutralizer. The waxy Cosmoline helps keep the rust at bay, however isn't completely fool proof. There is a couple spots I'll have to sand down, treat, and epoxy paint.

About a foot of overhead clearance and 2 feet from the main support post. My ace in the hole or reference point is the expansion joint in the center of the 2 car garage door. Aim the passenger side tire for it and I'll clear the support on the drivers side. I moved some stuff and aimed a little past the line so I could get around the sides easier

This is exactly why my dad chose 8ft high garage doors when building the house. The detached garage is, I think, 12ft high
