    Stripped down to the frame
    i am going to fab mine here in this next week or two i purchased the material... roughly 100 bucks for the tubing and light tabs.

    Stripped down to the frame
    with a tube bender i got a friend with one back home i am going to use the stock bumper on the 1 gen... it is just a bolt in bumper... ill cut off the stock pos. and weld the new one to the remaining part sticking out. but yeah if you cant bend it you could do a cut/angle/weld deal

    damn good job too, was that easier to fab then steel

    i personally think so. you can buy and aluminum blade for a circular saw to cut the sheet with. makes it pretty easy. its also softer so it can be ground down faster, the only catch on that count is that you need an alumimum specific grinding stone or my favorite, the flap sanding disc on a 4-1/2" grinder.

    i was actually thinking of taking 3/8 steel making the outline or frame if you will, and then doing the rest out of a lil thinner steel
