    Texas Pete, Louisiana, and Tapatio. Pretty much all I’ll ever use. Zatarain’s has a good Cajun creole hot sauce too. Texas Pete has always and will always be my favorite though. The fact I can get it in packets at Chick-fil-A is icing on the cake. The Texas Pete “hotter” is great too. I can put either of them (regular or hotter) on just about anything.

    Fun fact: Texas Pete is made in North Carolina, so as a joke with my family I call it North Carolina Pete.

    Good stuff!. Like someone else said, a little more citrus might be nice. Not necessary though IMO. I'd do a touch more salt.

    Hey guys. A dad from my son's baseball team gave me a bunch of ghost peppers. Any recommendations to make a good salsa? I don't want them to go to waste. I ate about half of one and had to call it. Lol.
