My go to tends to be sell 50% at double-up and let the rest ride.

So if it 5 bags it'll be a 2.5 bag for me. But at least then you guys will be...
    closer to even?

Lowest CB is $2.40 and my highest is $3.22. I need a 5x minimum before I sell. I'll hold this POS until 2028 if I have too. lol

I was stationed there 12 years ago, caught a fish almost exactly where you're standing now in the park.

I have my total CB under 3, even lower if I figure in all the covered calls I’ve sold. I still have 5 $4.50 Jan 23 calls out there I sold for $1 each at some point.

Turbo 4 or diesel 4? Or just the I4 NA? The ranger runs a turbo 4 and that thing is slick. I drove one, really like it. That engine has been solid in the mustangs for a while, and THOSE owners are.....not so gentle.

    Notice my vehicle noted :)

Ramsey is REALLY good for someone who's clueless. And it's fine to be clueless, our education systems are not good at financial principles. But once you know things, his approaches are "well duh"

See above - the rangers aren't too bad, Ford has really done pretty well with that powerplant and transmission, and overall (looks aside). The chebbys aren't amazing, but they do pretty well. Dodge.

One of them touch screen ones? That was made by DEKA up in Manchester NH. Was completed prior to my time there, they weren't really actively doing much with it when I was there (2015-16 ish)

turbo 4...im not a fan of all the manufacturer's putting smaller engines with turbos to achieve slightly better hp/torque than the original bigger engine

like why not just put the turbo on the V6 Tacoma or V8 Tundra?

It's about emissions and mpg, not power and torque.

As much as no one wants to admit it, I would say 75% of people are clueless with money. And yes if you do listen yes his reasons are common sense, common sense not to common with a lot of people though and money. A fool and his money are soon parted. As of last year other than my house I have no payments on anything except child support and love the freedom. The borrower is slave to the lender

Oh, I would say it's higher than that. I fully admitted it, and I am at a point where I know enough to be dangerous, but I'm also pretty risk averse so I know enough to not do a dumb :D

Absolutely. My "problem" is my mortgage is 2.625%....There's almost NO scenario where it makes more sense to hammer down on that verses invest elsewhere (VTI is my go to). If I have extra payments, it makes more sense to invest vs accelerate my mortgage. 2.625 for another 28 years.

I almost rode my first mode of transport into work because at 7:30 when I checked, it was 5% chance of rain until this afternoon. But I decided to blast some dinosaurs since I was tired today. Get to work, sit down, look out window: oh hey that's dark.

I just built my new house last year. I locked in for 5 yrs at 1.94%. I had a bank appt maybe 3 weeks ago or so 6.5% now if locking in on that day. And yes it is prob higher than 75% of people. I am 36 just sold my first house a month or so ago. Bought it in 2010 for 137k sold it for 300k. I got a bit of an inheritance about 8 or 9 years ago from my grandmother put a fair bit away and bought 50k of Cannabis stocks out of my tax free savings I cant remember the exact amount but in 6 months I roughly tripled my investment and no taxes were paid. My father passed about 5 months ago and left me his condo roughly 300k and a couple hundred. I owe 275 on my house now prob worth about 500. I am hoping before 40 I will have at least six 0's in my savings. But may have to put a chunk on the house when the 4 years is up. Which I am super thankful my family helped out as right now I cant save a nickel. Even with no payments on anything other than my house and child support. I would trade it all in a heart beat to have my dad back for another little bit. I have no grandparents both parents are gone and my brother took his life like 18 yrs ago.

    Oh, I already have that.

They're at the front, but I still have them.

Bought at .... oh god, we bought in Sep 2017 and I am 29 now so....24!

23xk (237?) could go today for 400. This was not skill. All luck.

I feel ya there. Won't dive into that on this platform.

To be honest I have a guy that does the stuff for me. I tried a bit on my own and well it did not go so well lol. He just gives me a small allowance every month and I try not to go over my pay and the allowance but the past year not just for me but everyone has been pretty tough. I just hope in 23 we see a bit of an upward growth.

I used to use Betterment, robo-adviser. Then did the maths, and just dumping it all in VTI makes more sense. I might not get 30%, but historically it does enough that it meets the plans, so why spend the time dicking around with other funds, paying, etc. Just dump it all in VTI.

Yeah 22 has been a bit crap. :broccoli: has been nice but that was only 1 lot

    upload_2022-9-22_10-13-9.jpg

    octave:1> 78.74/345.5
    ans = 0.2279

so 22% , but a shade under 80$ since it's only 1 lot. Principal too, but :notsure: that's not realized at the moment.

This will be nice though, might be able to open up another lot. Not BCLI, maybe look at F, BBBY, CNTB
