It's really just the plastic at ¾ turn. So I feel like with a bit more lift and some plastic trimming I should be able to get close to a usable turn without rubbing.

I'm clueless so only way to find out is just do it lol

Eventually what it’s rubbing or the tire will wear down and like magic, no more rub

Sounds like the best way to handle it is like I handle every other adult problem in my life, ignore it till it goes away. il_794xN.4024274055_4tmj.jpg

It'll be more once you start flexing that suspension while turning

I know there's a clip right there, can I trim this plastic back a good bit without worrying anything will be loose or any other issue I'm not seeing?

You could probably cut the first 12 to 14 in off of that and not hit anything crucial.

Didn't even think to check it since I was to distracted by new and shiny but when I got on 270 just now I though 'rides kinda shakey'. Flipped through the menu and saw 42 psi a tire. So pulled over to a station, aired down to 30 in the front and 32 in the back and I can actually lock out my frigging wheel now (on level ground). Also rides smooth now.

Feel silly not thinking about that but damn was I distracted and excited lol. I'll still trim plastic because one bump will grab the shit out of the fender. And ya'll are 100% now that I'm aired down to normal and can turn the wheel I will hit the cab mount at full turn with a gravel sized bump in the driveway.

So now that I can do a 2 point turn and not a 15 point turn to back out of parking spaces who around the Arnold/STL area can do a CMC for me lol.

If you don't need it to look pretty with a welded plate, an angle grinder makes the job pretty easy. Lots of YouTube videos on how.
