I’m confused what the perceived problem is. If I understand you, everything that has been measured is within spec. Is the issue simply that your eyes perceive an imperfection?

My point is that if you all measurements check out, you haven’t identified a problem. I personally don’t trust my eyes in these situations. Does the truck drive fine?

Didn’t read all the replies but my “offset” is exactly the same. And I have stock springs, no spacers or blocks. So not sure if they just come like this from the factory on purpose or on accident. My bed definitely isn’t perfectly aligned with the cab

Speaking of rear blocks does anyone have the part number for the OEM half inch lift block for the 2022 Pro?

Yes. It isn’t as obvious with the stock set up because the tire are set farther in the fenders.

stop using the bodywork to eye the problem. It’s the exact same problem of people using wheel center to wheel arch to measure lift. That’s only valid for the same truck not in between different trucks due to tolerances.
Measure your wheel hub mounting surface to the frame and leaf pack on both sides. That will tell you exactly where the problem lies. If those are identical on both sides, it’s the bed alignment, if they are different it’s the axle placement, or leaf placement depending on which one is different. This is assuming all your wheels have the same backspacing, again simple to check by measuring that.
Measure everything suspension wise from the frame and nothing else. (Unless you are trying to identify a bent frame)

    A. Either bed is just misaligned

    B. Aftermarket rims? Literally jus swap left to right wheels and see what happens. If aftermarket then they likely come in multiple offsets and you got a mismatched rim.

    C. You would have to be pretty clueless to mess up a rear block install.

None to speak of, just enjoying it for the moment.
It is possible your aftermarket rims while being stamped with the same offset are not (could be mis-labeled) did you measure the wheels for comparison or just check the stamp was the same...just a thought

you're driving yourself nuts with these inaccurate measuring exercises, get out and enjoy your weekend and leave the engineering to the engineers
(not being snarky,, seriously try it, life is too short with this nonsense)
