    I got it on accident.

I have this app called TooGoodToGo, it has a bunch of restaurants that would otherwise chuck stuff in the bin, sell it dirt cheap. Go to a bakery and you get a full bag for like 4 bucks. It's wonderful. There are restaurants and such in there too, it's cool. There's a bakery that does lunch specials in town, I got one and just was unlucky to do it on a wednesday, the lunch special was salted cod and hard boiled eggs, add some potatoes and it's a dish now? :puke: Thursday's is a beef stew, so I just had bad timing.

Bread was  - but there's a bakery closer to Olneyville that is on there that's pretty good, I'm just using it to try some new places now too.

What kind of fish? That's an important distinction. Mayo is just eggs and olive oil, so an egg on a fried fish sandwich is just a version of that. Honestly, that actually sounds pretty good. Eggs on burgers are great, if you haven't tried it. Also on BBQ chicken sandwiches, also great.

also one of my favorite "this is unhealthy and somewhat 'bland', however amazing" dishes

That's like saying spam, when done right, is a delicacy.

A fried Spam sandwich, with a side of native Brook Trout, cooked and eaten at a remote, lakeside campsite that I flew into via chartered seaplane, is one of the best meals I ever had.

Well the circus that was the RI truck tolling lawsuit has been settled and within 48 hours, the tolls will be turned off. If I was a gambling man, I'd say they are going to be turned on in a couple weeks for all vehicles (part of me thinks this was the end goal all along). No way the State spent all that money to install gantry tolls and is not going to utilize them one way or another.

Those are super easy. Loosen and remove the bolts that go through them, kinda bend the wire piece out of the collar and slide it down.

Is that really just to interfere with the clamps so they can't spin? Was wondering if there was any science behind them. Sounds like not.

Anyone interested in a last minute camping trip this weekend? For location I'm thinking up near Conway but up for VT too.

The person I was supposed to go with just dropped out.

Billy Strings has been in my playlist for quite some time - shows how hard work and growing up in a family of bluegrass players can really pay dividends! His father is a pretty good guitar ripper as well. There are too many good ones to list off, but his cover of "don't think twice" by Bob Dylan is first class.

I won't lie, as much as I like supporting artists, watching or listening to a live show has no appeal to me. I'm watching or listening to a live performance some time ago? Eh, for me it doesn't hold appeal. I'd go to a show for sure, but watching or listening to one after the fact doesn't make sense to me :notsure:

Willy is obviously a figurehead, but Lucas Nelson is damn good too, if you haven't seen him in concert before - highly recommend!

Same as Lucas Nelson, you can't descend from a main figurehead in an industry like that and NOT inherit some skills. It doesn't come naturally though, that's putting in work to get there.
