Wyoming taught me to be angry at wind.

Lucked out on the winters while I was there, though. They weren't too excessive. 50-degree daily temp range in the fall was fun, though. 30 degrees driving into work, 80 degree drive home. And some idiot refused to put a roof back on.

 

Sounds like my kind of idiot. I used to hang out with some moron that used to drive a 4th gen Z28 in the winter with the T-tops off with a ski mask because he worked in the caves.

 

The Midwest sucks but being in the middle is nice. You can go 12 hours in any direction and get somewhere different.

if you move out west or east and want to goto the other, it’s gonna be an awful drive

 

I’m down for winter and July. At least then it’s only one month of misery instead of it still being 90+ here in the end of September..

 

So what I'm gathering is we are all moving to Wyoming, building a neighborhood and then opening an offroad park next to it.

 

Cost of living is reasonable out there until you look at real estate. I'll stay in MO for now.

 

I would be thinking more like "compound". Most of us are well armed enough to keep the unwanted away.

 

I mean, I was just putting a nice term on it.

I gotta pickup Trent Sunday and work Saturday. We would if not for that and 4Runner not quite ready.

 

And they're usually the first plant to light up in the spring and the last one to die off in the fall.
