getting frustrated with facebook marketplacers ghosting on my basically new in box 05-15 5ft Bakflip MX4. I bought it from some guy who said it was for third gen and its clearly not, now that I goolged the part number. HE agreed to take it back and I agreed that he could keep $100 of what I paid for it for a restocking fee, but he ghosted me too. Anyone who wants a second gen shortbed Bakflip MX4 local to Pittsburgh or western PA feel free to DM me.

What does ghosting mean ? Assuming it's not good. I'm not a FB person. I'm a craigslist person , dealing with scammers.....

Yes to insulation, I did my 100yr old shack with balloon framing. Drilled holes outside in stud bays and pumped in insulation. Home depot lends u the machine as long as u buy the insulation from them. Wrapped house in tyvec then siding . And wow what a difference in the gas bill.
From my understanding the spray foam is the cats a$$ but not sure of the cost.

I wish I didn't have brick outside and plaster inside, making holes is going to be a chore to repair. I've thought about doing myself but there is so much air gap sealing that needs done, and about a foot of space between the roof and ceiling on 30% of the space (cape cod, ceiling is slanted on the outsides of the rooms, also no eaves for venting)

That's what I have brick and plaster. I have no insulation either and I see it with my heating and cooling bills. Plus, my electric water heater is old, I mean 20 some years. I should replace it with a high efficiency one but it is still working and the relative who put it in is no longer available to help, so the change would be costly.

No cigs for 2 days. I noticed I have the urge to smoke after I eat and when I have my coffee in the morning. Yesterday was way worse than today.

Knock on wood I have yet to get the rona and I'm not vacc. Everyone I know that has been vac has gotten once or multiple times.
Smoking has killed my lungs I'm 37 and going up 2 floors I'm winded. I'm over not being able to breath. Plus back in 2014 I almost died from walking pneumonia. Was in the hospital for a month and half. And picked upsmoking right afterwards. Smh. Now I'll actually try to put in the work to quit. It's 10$ a pack.

GM PA. I power washed the front walk yesterday:

I quit smoking almost 40 years ago. You'll know you're done with them when the smell becomes unpleasant. But I still remember that one with the morning coffee.

I received my order of shower wall tile yesterday. We are ripping out the old shower, which is 22 years old and replacing it with a really nice one. My wife wants to tile the wall, instead of using the shower surround. So her, I and my step son are doing some of the work. I contracted with a plumber to set the base and help with the enclosure, mainly because the drain is in a small crawl hole and it's going to need a pro to readjust the drain - since this shower is bigger, and the enclosure is really heavy and - if not properly set, can sag and not close properly. Anyway, because the contractor has a real job, the project is going to take about a week or so. When it's done, I will show some pictures -if the job looks good.:p
