Hell... Belgrade is the ghetto of the valley! Thats cheap compared to Bozeman prices. Look up some of the other real estate in the area - Bozeman, Livingston, big sky.
That house is one of the original in the neighborhood, same couple has owned it since it was built. They bought the undeveloped lot next door because they have a massive garden. Affording it would 100% depend on selling the 2nd lot and finishing off the basement to rent.
It's also at the end of town and the airport property starts across the road so nothing can ever be built there. Bonus is it will always have a mountains view. Con that its right at the end of the runway

No, I'm not. After an accident a few years ago I rarely exceed 71 on the highway. Also, very easy around town.
He fixed it. The Driver's hard line had a rusted pinhole. I can understand that since it was dry when the inspection was done 3 months ago.
The passenger side was a little loose. THAT bugs me.
Only charged me for the replacement hard pipe.

That's cool. When you said Both sides were wet all I thought was really hard brake at an intersection and you blew out the seals on the calipers.
    Good thing he fixed it.

We have a long drive, early tomorrow, for an art show. I'm lucky he squeezed it in and it was minor.

    Lost 70% of the brakes.
Traced it to a cracked piston hard line.

Yes, that’s a red tail hawk sitting on the green, and he let me get about 30’ from him before he flew away. Say him later with a mouse in beak flying over.

    Weekend update:
    Campsite has been secured
Forgot to check proximity of speed bumps to campsite. All vehicles passing are making lots of squeaky noises as they drive by.
Weather forecast was wrong. Only got to 52* and it's windy AF.
    Long johns have been donned.
    Campfire time has commenced.
Thinking it's going to be an early night.
