Gotta Love that no one knows anything anymore .

The magic GPS says this is correct the door gets breached the flash bangs are scary to the 4 year old. family gets cuffed .

The 4 year old was the name on the warrant.

Only to discover the same address in 2 locations in the village the other in the township before GPS it was no big deal .

How often this plays out is really embarrassing.

That’s a good question. On my mill only have 12 inches of travel. If I hand cut it then I could go longer. But I don’t have much experience grinding long bevels yet. I do have some hand made chefs knifes in progress, but they are getting put on the back burner for a while till I catch up on orders and other stuff.
The biggest limitation would be my heat treat oven. It is 22” deep.

I am impressed most companies tend to go cheap with the riggers . I had the pleasure to work with.

Equipment far to small to barely get the job done .

Someone makes a typo on the prints the only way inside is make a nice hole in the roof with a really expensive crane and truss fabrication.

About 25 years ago the shingles on the other side (sunny) started to curl and crumble.
I was very low on budget naturally so I got 5 gallons of the silver roof seal usually used on mobile home roofs and painted the shingles.

It seemed to freeze them in time, they just stopped falling apart, I have painted that roof probably half a dozen times over the years.

Someone put a strap in the wrong spot when securing the load at some point.

most likely between blocks it does not take much.

So a small update on the 02 SS Camaro today. After replacing the bus fuse, turn signal and reverse bulbs, hazard and turn signal relays I was still popping the 20a bus fuse for the reverse/turn signal lights whenever I shifted into reverse. I did a little googling and searching on ls1tech and discovered it was likely the back up lamp switch that screws into the side of the t56 trans and connects to an electric plug. $15 on Rock Auto and about 30 minutes to jack up the car and scoot my fat arse under with a 7/8 wrench and it's finally fixed. I did get a Camaro magnet for the garage fridge out of the deal.

Those fridge magnets are a money printer.

Such great advertisement for such a small amount of investment.

I got about 25 years left out of my 35 year roof. By then I'll just lathe it out and go with metal. I have a relatively simple roof so metal is perfect.

Nasa's dragging their feet hoping the model keeps pushing east. Getting the aft skirts off loaded to roll back before Wednesday is in my opinion not possible. So either somebody signs off on rolling it back skirts full of hydrazine, which Orion is full of hydrazine as well or they try and launch Tuesday and if it doesnt go it rides the storm out.

Terrible timing, and the end of the governments fiscal year on top of everything else.

I wouldn’t want to sit there on standby with pushing that back in the hanger
Waiting up to see the 11 don’t think it’s pushing east

Ah I'm jealous. I've owned a 94 firebird formula (LT1 + 6 speed T56) and an FRC C5 Corvette. Those F body Camaro/Firebirds are bad ass and getting really hard to find.

Had lunch while bush hogging today.

It’d be so nice to have an 8’ bush hog instead of the 6’ but the cost is a lot for 2 more feet.

This tractor needs a clutch, it’s not slipping but has no adjustment left and letting out on the tip. When I got home a mechanic friend came over and I ask him what he’d charge to put one in it. He said bring it to the shop and me and you will do it.

He has a big shop and a large A frame on wheels. My shop isn’t big enough and the tractor is too big for me to tackle it alone.

I ordered a clutch this evening, let’s see how long it takes for me to make the jump to get it installed :D
