What kind of door are you using?

In the summer, do you have screens for the windows?

Lol this was our forecast that night 671F7AB4-1A95-48F8-9EF8-A656B15DAA6E.jpgAlthough in truth it didn’t get lower than 38 at my house.
I suspect being near that giant lake you won’t get the wild temp swings as often during the transitional seasons :)

Why would you want screens on a greenhouse.? You want insects to get in to help pollination.

I thought air flow would be good. Does lack of air increases the chance of mold?

An air fryer is a game changer for okra. Prepare it like you would fry it and pop it in the air fryer and it comes out perfect and no oil mess.

Another great method is to clean it, cut off the ends and slice it lengthwise. Toss it in olive oilve and some onion powder. Spread it on a foil covered baking sheet at 450° for 15 minutes or so and enjoy some okra chips.

Air flow is great. Just better to leave it wide open. Screens are for when you want to keep bugs out.

After another brutal summer my green bean bushes that I planted in April are producing. I gave them no love but yet they endured.

Also getting some little scraggly maters and some peppers are coming back.

It needs some air movenent to keep temps down, and some for plants to make them stronger.

I read about greenhouse outgassing. Is the air flow good for outgassing?

Air flow is very important, especially for heat. I have two vents on my greenhouse. One above the door that is about 18 inches across, and another on the other end that is over 4 feet across. I use these actuators to automatically open them. The actuators expand and contract with temperature and don't need power.

Do you disconnect them in winter or just leave them? How much do they cost?
